Battery Act comes into force today

Berlin – The new EU Battery Directive comes today, on 1 December 2009, in force. It implements the European Battery Directive into national law and replaces the former provisions of Dell Inspiron 6400 battery regulation. It provides the first mandatory collection targets for portable batteries and extends the restrictions on the use of mercury for a traffic ban on batteries containing cadmium. Federal Environment Agency has set up a population register, the need for manufacturers and importers of Dell Inspiron 1520 battery and battery display their mark attendance.
